Choose the path that fits your goals and grow at your own pace.

ABOUT ANDREA

Led by Lived Expertise

Andrea Kane has spent over 35 years working with elite athletes, post-surgical clients, prenatal bodies, and people navigating burnout and chronic pain. She rebuilt her own body after four total knee replacements. The Radical Change Method™ wasn't written in a lab - it was built session by session, body by body, in a real studio.

When you train with Andrea, you're not memorizing a manual. You're learning to see, adapt, and teach with confidence.

Why Somatic Pilates?

More clients than ever are arriving with nervous system dysregulation, chronic tension, fatigue, and trauma held in the body. Traditional fitness models weren't built for this.

A somatic approach teaches you to:

• Cue movement that feels safe, not forced

• Read what the body is actually doing, not just what it looks like

• Modify with understanding, not just mechanics

• Offer real nervous system support through movement

This is the future of movement instruction. And it's what we teach.

PROGRAMS SECTION — LEVEL 1

Level 1 — Foundation Training

Complete Mat · Magic Circle · Functional Anatomy

Every transformative teaching career starts with the body. This foundational training gives you the somatic vocabulary, functional anatomy knowledge, and complete mat repertoire to teach with depth and confidence from your very first class.

You'll learn to use the magic circle as a sophisticated feedback and resistance tool, understand how the body moves and why — and build a teaching practice rooted in awareness, not performance.

Perfect for: first-time instructors, bodyworkers adding movement to their practice, and anyone ready to make their knowledge of the body into a career.

What's covered:

• Complete mat repertoire (beginner through advanced)

• Magic circle integration

• Functional anatomy: core, spine, breath, pelvis, shoulders, lower body

• Somatic principles and nervous system-aware cueing

• Class sequencing and session design

• Assessment: teach a live scheduled class

Complete Mat · Magic Circle · Functional Anatomy · Reformer

The reformer is where Pilates becomes limitless. This program builds on the full Level 1 foundation and adds comprehensive reformer training — teaching you to work with spring tension, carriage resistance, and apparatus intelligence alongside your somatic skills.

You'll learn to read movement patterns, cue with precision, and move fluidly between mat and reformer to meet any client, anywhere on their journey.

Ideal for: teachers ready to work in studios or expand a private practice with reformer sessions.

What's covered:

• Everything in Level 1

• Reformer: beginner through advanced repertoire

• Long box, short box, springs, straps, and functional progressions

• Modifications for special populations and different body types

• Session design for privates and small group reformer

• Assessment: teach a full 50-minute reformer session

PROGRAMS SECTION — LEVEL 3

Level 3 — Comprehensive Training

Mat · Reformer · Magic Circle · Functional Anatomy · Cadillac · Tower · Spine Corrector · Chair

This is the complete picture. The comprehensive program gives you full, embodied command of every major apparatus in the Pilates system — all taught through the somatic lens of the Radical Change Method™.

From the Cadillac and tower to the spine corrector and chair, you'll graduate with the depth and range to work with any body, any goal, any context. Your sessions will be unmistakably yours.

This is also your clearest signal to yourself and to the world: that you didn't take a shortcut.

What's covered:

• Everything in Levels 1 & 2

• Cadillac and tower: fundamentals through advanced repertoire

• Stability chair: high and low chair variations

• Spine corrector: restorative and athletic progressions

• Integrating apparatus for rehab, posture, and athletic training

• Creative sequencing across multiple apparatus

• Assessment: teach across two apparatus in a practical class

Investment: $5,995

WHO THIS IS FOR

This Training Is For You If You Are:

• An aspiring instructor ready to turn your passion into a career

• A bodyworker, massage therapist, yoga teacher, or doula wanting to add somatic movement

• A mental health therapist or coach looking to integrate movement into your work

• Someone returning from burnout, recovery, or a major life shift — and ready to make that wisdom your work

INDEPENDENT PROGRAM NOTE

Independent by Design

This is not a manufacturer-affiliated program. It's independent by intention; so it can stay personal, client-centered, and grounded in how bodies actually work and heal.

You won't rush through a manual. You'll observe, practice, and integrate until you trust yourself to teach. You'll work with real clients across body types, life stages, and recovery timelines. And you'll leave with something most programs don't give you: a real foundation.
