Radical Change Somatic Pilates Teacher Training
Small. Independent. Built around service.
The 87-year-old who needs to move better. The athlete rebuilding after surgery. The person who just needs to feel at home in their body again. This training teaches you to meet all of them and to build a thriving practice around that work.
There are faster certifications. There are bigger ones backed by franchise models and private equity. This is not that.
This is an independent, somatic-focused teacher training led by Andrea Kane — a movement and bodywork specialist with over 35 years of experience and a method she built in a real studio, with real clients, across every kind of body. You will learn not just what to teach, but why movement matters and how to help people feel it. You will also learn how to build a practice that is genuinely yours: how to find your clients, price your work, and stand apart in a fitness world that keeps outsourcing care.
Most programs stop when the certificate prints. This one is designed for the person who wants to begin when they apply.

What comes with your training
Unlimited classes at Radical Change for the full length of your program. Your own practice is your greatest teaching tool. This is included.

Led by lived expertise.
Andrea Kane has spent over 35 years working with bodies - elite athletes, post-surgical clients, people navigating chronic pain, burnout, major life transitions, and everything in between. She rebuilt her own body after four total knee replacements. She has run her own studio for decades in one of the most competitive wellness markets in the country. The Radical Change Method™️ was not written in a lab. It was built session by session, in a real studio, with real clients, across every kind of body that walked through the door since.
When you train with Andrea you are not memorizing a manual. You are learning to see, to adapt, and to teach from a place of genuine understanding. Past students say they came for Pilates and left with something they did not expect: a clearer sense of their own capability, a community, and a foundation they could actually build on. That is what this training is designed to give you.
This is an independent program. It is not affiliated with any equipment manufacturer. It is small by design, personal by intention, and built around the belief that the most important thing a movement teacher can offer is presence, precision, and the willingness to actually see the person in front of them and start there.
If that is the kind of teacher you want to become, this is the right place to start.
Enrollment opens now. Next cohort begins November 7, 2026.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Who this training is for
You do not need a background in fitness. You need a genuine interest in bodies, movement, and the kind of work that stays with people.
Aspiring instructors who are ready to turn that interest into something real: not just a class to teach but a practice to build.
Bodyworkers, massage therapists, yoga teachers, doulas and coaches who want to add somatic Pilates to what they already offer.
Mental health therapists and counselors who understand the body holds what the mind carries, and want movement as part of their work.
People in transition: a career change, a health chapter, a life that needed restructuring. Some of the best teachers arrive through their own purposeful life journey.
The self-taught practitioner with a home practice who wants to understand why this work works well enough to pass it on.
Anyone who has been waiting for a program that treats teaching as a form of service.
Our next training begins Saturday November 7, 2026
