Radical Restore & Recover A slower-paced, somatic-focused class ideal if you're new to Pilates, returning after time away, or recovering from discomfort in other studios.

Sexy Yummy Spine™️ (studio signature) A slower-paced class for spinal mobility, core strength, posture and flexibility. Leave feeling taller, stronger and more connected to your body. Your first introduction to full spinal health and mobility. Suitable for all levels.

Build Your Practice

For students who've completed the Foundation Series and are ready to choose their own path.

You've learned the equipment and the fundamentals, now it's about pace. Every class below uses the same apparatus and Pilates principles you already know. The only difference between a class and its + is speed and flow: how much setup and cueing you get, versus how much you move.

Radical Reformer Flow (signature class) Our full-body Reformer flow, at a pace built for steady progress. Instruction and setup are part of the class, so you can refine your form as you build strength, mobility, and flexibility. Grip socks required.Choose this if you want a beginner (still challenging) pacing, cueing and clean technique alongside your workout.

Radical Pilates Traditional Pilates across Reformer, Tower, Chair, and more, at a pace that lets every session teach you something new about your body and practice. → Choose this if you like time to feel each exercise and ask questions along the way.

Radical Pilates+ The same full-apparatus practice, paced up with strength-focused programming layered in. Expect quicker transitions and more time under isometric muscle holds for a challenging, full-body workout that builds muscle, mobility and resilience. → Choose this if you want the same class delivered at a faster clip, with less instruction and more output.

Still not sure which to pick? Start with the standard class — you can always move to the + version once your comfort, ability and stamina expand.

Sculpt & Tone

Radical Booty and Biceps A full-body burn targeting glutes and arms with Reformer, Tower, and Chair work plus weights and bands, built to combat sitting fatigue and lift posture.

Radical Arms & Abs Contemporary Pilates meets modern resistance tools (bands, balls, dumbbells) for sculpted arms and a rock-solid core.

Strength Training

Radical Pilates Chair Rewire (signature class) Build powerful feet, ankles, calves, and legs on the Stability Chair and cork balance boards. Standing work, unilateral training, and full-body strength for athletes and experienced clients. Perfect for people who stand for work, sit behind a desk and want to work on posture and overall core strength to help with back pain. Beginner/Intermediate.

Radical Pilates Strength & Train A progressive, full-body strength class - not HIIT, not sculpt- using free weights, resistance training and Pilates principles. Taught by studio owner Andrea Kane, a certified personal trainer and strength coach with 30+ years of experience. All fitness levels.
